Yahoo less than a week after welcoming a new baby into the home and I've already completed two single page layouts for her album!
The lo featuring her grandad was really fun to create. Inspired by a Two Peas in a Bucket video from the Scrap Your Stash series, I used a lot of my Close to My Heart stamps to add some whimsical sentiments.
A long time ago I read an article where they suggested painting bubble wrap to add texture. So I finally used that piece I had safely out of sight in a drawer (hmm wonder why I never got this idea accomplished before) and was really pleased with the result.
Next I hope to send off for a lot of our birthing pictures to add to the layouts already completed but lacking photos. It feels so liberating to have an entire album just waiting to be filled up!
